They should place the work within the field and clearly indicate its innovative aspects. Research procedures and technical methods should be presented in sufficient detail to ensure scrutiny and reproducibility. Results should be clearly communicated and implications of the contributions\/findings should be explicitly discussed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Short papers <\/strong>should present original and highly promising research or applications. Merit will be assessed in terms of originality and importance rather than maturity, extensive technical validation, and user studies. Separation of long and short papers will be strictly enforced so papers will not compete across categories, but only within each category.<br><br><\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 style=\"font-size: 42px;\"><b>Format:<\/b><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Papers must be formatted according to the&nbsp;new workflow for ACM publications. The templates and instructions are available here:&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.acm.org\/publications\/taps\/word-template-workflow\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">https:\/\/www.acm.org\/publications\/taps\/word-template-workflow<\/span><\/span><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Authors should submit their papers as single-column. For instance, citations to the authors&#8217; own prior work should be made in the third-person.<br><br><\/li>\n<\/ul><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 style=\"font-size: 42px;\"><b>Publication:<\/b><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Accepted papers will require a further revision in order to meet the requirements and page limits of the&nbsp;<em>camera-ready format<\/em>&nbsp;required by ACM. Instructions for the preparation of the camera-ready versions of the papers will be provided after acceptance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All accepted papers will be published by ACM and will be available via the ACM Digital Library.
