Dr Laura Dietz on Hypertext 2023

Associate Professor Laura Dietz talking about Hypertexts & ACM Hypertext

Next in our series of short introductions to ACM Hypertext, hypertexts, and the intersections between track disciplines is a short video from Dr Laura Dietz, Associate Professor of Writing and Digital Publishing Studies at ARU Cambridge (UK).

Dr Dietz’s work focuses on the creation and reception of digital texts: who writes them, who reads them, and why. Dr Dietz thinks the format of ACM Hypertext which allows for different forms submissions and publications is excellent, and thinks the conference more broadly:

“gives an intellectual welcome across the disciplines. It is warm and lovely.”
