All attendees (workshop-only or full conference) may exhibit work as part of an exhibition on Tuesday September 15th 17:30-19:30, alongside postgraduate students from LCC. A dedicated space for exhibiting work will also be available throughout the conference and may be used if appropriate.
If you would like to exhibit, please contact the Local Chair (j.jackson@lcc.arts.ac.uk) by August 15th at the latest.
Your email should include:
- Your name
- The title of your accepted paper
- Details of the work to be exhibited
- Technical requirements or needs
We will be unable to provide equipment in most cases, and any equipment you bring along should be freestanding and not require installation. If you are unable to provide all equipment necessary, please let us know in your correspondence.
If you know people who would like to exhibit but are not able to attend the conference or workshops, they should email the exhibition chair to discuss.
