These submission instructions are for the Main Proceedings. Instructions for the Extended Proceedings will follow later.

Papers must report new results substantiated by experimentation, simulation, analysis, or application. Authors are invited to submit papers presenting original, not previously published works.

Submission categories include:

  • Regular research papers (max 10 pages + references) discussing mature work.
  • Short papers (max 5 pages + references) describing preliminary results of on-going work or novel thought-provoking ideas.
  • Posters (max 2 pages + references) presenting innovative research ideas, preliminary results, system prototypes or industry showcases.

All submissions should be formatted according to the official ACM SIG proceedings template and submitted via EasyChair. The review process will not be blind, therefore it is not necessary for submissions to be anonymized. Please be sure to submit keywords via EasyChair.

Accepted papers will appear in the Hypertext 2016 Conference Proceedings that will be published by ACM and additionally be made available through the ACM Digital Library.

Please indicate the category of your submission (regular, short, poster and demo) and provide at least three keywords that describe your submission. Also select the track(s) - named 'groups' in EasyChair - and the topics relevant to your submission. Note that you can select more than one track (select at least one) and topics belonging to any of the three conference tracks. This information will be used for the review assignment.
