Visa Information

Do you need a Visa?

The participation to ACM HT’2025 conference is considered travel for business.

Some nationalities do not need to apply for visa to travel to USA for the conference.
The options for applying for a visa are:

  • Option 1: ESTA (Visa Waiver Program) – Processing time up to 72 hours.
    Countries participating in the program.
  • Option 2: B1 Visa (Travel for business) – Processing time up to 2 years.
For all the other countries that do not participate in the Visa Waiver Program, the attendees must apply for the standard B1 Visa. The processing time depends on the specific embassy/consulate and it can be estimated through the waiting time estimator.
